Kimaldi Electronics S.L., as a manufacturer and importer, you may require the client’s express consent for the transfer of their personal information to any of the companies in our network of resellers and distributors, in order to respond to the needs or service requests from the client.
What data do we process?
Kimaldi Electronics S.L. collects the minimum amount of personal data in order to offer the best service to its customers. This data can be considered low risk according to a Data Protection Impact Assessment and a Legitimate Interest Assessment that we have carried out. Next, we indicate what data we work with:

Information retention periods

At the end of this period, the client will be asked for consent to continue having their data, and if we have not received express confirmation within a maximum period of 12 months, we will delete their personal data from our systems.

We promise to do so within 24 business hours from the arrival of your request, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them and/or there are no other legitimate reasons for their treatment. You can request that we add your personal data to the database again at any time.
• Limitation
You can request that the processing of your data be stopped, in such a way that Kimaldi prevents its processing in the future, which will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.
• Opposition
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Kimaldi Electronics S.L. will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

The personal data of our contacts and customers are stored in a database owned by Kimaldi Electronics S.L., which guarantees the integrity and security of the personal information provided.
Data is stored in a secure environment within our management software with strictly controlled access via a web browser with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection and encrypted passwords, and in a CRM environment with no external access. The servers that store your data are regularly maintained and updated against threats.
